This recipe if for the traditional method of prepartion for the Acai Berry.
Traditional Brazilian Style Take 7 Oz. (200 grams) Açai into a blender.
Add 1/2 cup of soy milk or juice and 1 banana (you can also add other fruits like strawberry/mango/etc).
Blend until smooth and serve in a bowl topped with sliced bananas and granola.

Sounds pretty tasty. I'll have to try some...although, I generally like to use ice cream rather than yogurt. Not as healthy, but it tastes even better. Someone should start selling Acai Berry Ice Cream. That would be an interesting combo...
